下龙湾 Halong Bay，位于北部湾西部，离越南首都河内150公里。1994年，联合国教科文组织将下龙湾作为自然遗产，列入《世界遗产名录》。 下龙湾是越南北方广宁省的一个海湾，风光秀丽迷人，闻名遐迩。因其景色酷似中国的桂林山水，因此被称为“海上桂林”.包含约3,000个岩石岛屿和土岛，典型的形式为伸出海面的锯齿状石灰岩柱，还有一些洞穴和洞窟，共同形成一幅异国风味的如画景致。

Second day, after 3 hrs of bus ride, we finally arrived at Halong Bay pier. The tour package that we took was a 2D1N stay on a cruise around Halong Bay.
It is the most anticipated destination of this trip. Halong Bay as I have longed heard of its beauty. I chose to overnight on a cruise to fully enjoy the different sceneries of Halong Bay at day and night. And well, although we missed the sunrise (It is too difficult to wake up 5 in the morning) but we got to see the sunset =). For this post, I shall put up more pictures. Guess pictures win a thousand words. Just to add a footnote, although many said Halong Bay is 海上桂林, but after been to Guilin, in my personal opinion, Halong Bay still wins . Perhaps a nite stay on the cruise is definitely a right choice. It gets you to enjoy its true beauty =)
